Branch Managers
- Hamilton, Ontario - Position 1
- Ottawa, Ontario - Position 2
GENERAL SUMMARY
The individual will have the demonstrated ability to run a parts and systems business in the respective and surrounding areas. With a proven track record, the individual will lead in executing our growth strategy.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the area sales team by focusing on our current and new customers' control and systems needs.
- Recommend and execute inventory needs
- Responsible for achieving sales and profit goals
- Implement parts counter support strategies
- Familiar with control and HVAC system applications
- Proven track record of meeting business objectives
Current experience in a similar HVAC position will be considered an asset. Individuals with branch managment experience in the following areas will also be considered: Electrical, Plumbing, and Sheetmetal.

Position 3 - Sales Account Executive, Ottawa Ontario
GENERAL SUMMARY
Grow sales to new and existing accounts by focusing on control parts and systems. The individual will have a proven track sales record of meeting the customers' expectations and business objectives.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Grow Sales by meeting customers' parts and system control needs
- Ability to sell at all levels and positions of an account.
- Coordinate and provide training support
- Coordinate and provide solutions presentations
- Working with and through quality contractors to promote solutions to engineers and owners.
- Participate in the development of the area growth strategy
Position 4 - Technical Support Specialist
GENERAL SUMMARY
Provide technical assistance and support to customer base, sales force and inside customer service personnel.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist in the sales effort by providing customers ( both “walk-in” and telephone ) with technical support.
2. Recommend product and service solutions to customers.
3. Design and layout projects including use of AutoCad and Visio drawings.
4. Program and Configure control products and develop point schedules
5. Aid in the design and layout of wiring panels.
6. Occasional field support of customers’ control system installations, including commissioning and start up assistance.
7. Assist in product presentations to customers and organizations as required
8. Liaison with supplier technical personnel to resolve product and/or installation issues
9. Participate in training initiatives
10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Position 5 : Product Application Specialist
GENERAL SUMMARY: Provide technical assistance and support to customer base, sales force and inside customer service personnel.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Design and layout projects including use of AutoCAD and Visio drawings. 2. Program and Configure Control systems , products and develop point schedules. 3. Aid in the design and layout of wiring panels. 4. Field support of customers' control system installations, including commissioning and start up assistance. 5. Assist in product presentations to customers and organizations as required. 6. Liaisons with supplier technical personnel to resolve product and/or installation issues. 7. Participate in training initiatives. 8. Customer System Startup and Commissioning
9. Assist in the assembly and wiring of PLC and control panels.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Mechanical Engineering Diploma/Certificate with background in HVAC, Energy Management, DDC and Automation controls preferred. - Access to own vehicle - Above average computer skills
