Facility Explorer Niagara N4 Appliance Familiarization - Calgary
By using the Johnson Controls N4 Niagara FX Appliance, the class was developed to provide students with a working ability to develop a database complete with graphics, schedules, trends and alarming.
Students will also make additions and changes to an existing database by using the powerful, time saving features that exist in the Johnson N4 appliance.
The session is suitable for building operators, service contractors and control contractors.
Prerequisite: Students must have attended either one of the Johnson Field Controller Training sessions ( Factory Certification, or Familiarization training).
Students are responsible to have completed pre-session material (sent upon registration) and have available their own PC/Laptop

Agenda:
- Appliance overview featuring engineering database development wizards
- Implementing the New HTML Graphic Perspective graphics and Dashboards
- Importing Field Controller CAF files and referencing to graphics
- Using point extensions to add and modify schedules, trends, and alarms
- Using Tagging such as Haystack to make the FX appliance “Analytics Ready”.
- Expedite Configuration with Auto Tagging
- Adding and Modifying Points
- Using the N4 appliance to remotely commission field controllers
- A demonstration on developing a station using spreadsheet templates.
- Troubleshooting and servicing the N4 appliance
- Using a web browser for basic configuration and monitoring
