Referencing the Ontario Government's recent update of the essential workplace definition - Yorkland Controls and Wiles Legault continue to be essential and as such will remain open for business - at reduced capacity -while responding to our customer needs.

Over the past few weeks, we have supplied urgently required critical items for several health care projects. We are proud of our staff and suppliers who worked together to put the products in the hands of those contractors working on these projects, in a timely manner.

We continue to implement the following measures to protect our staff and customers, and have further restricted access to our locations.

New Measure:

Customers are to notify us by any of the following methods.
For local parts pick-up, customers are invited to call ahead and we will advise location for curb-side pickup.

We continue to implement the following measures to protect our staff and clients:

• Employees who can work remotely, have been instructed to do so.
• Our branch staff has been reduced to minimum levels so as to further increase the work space distances between staff.
• We continue our quarantine policy if any of our staff were to be infected as well for those who have recently travelled.
• Guest are to contact us using any of the above methods. Guest will not be allowed in our locations.
• We continue to communicate with our staff hygiene instructions for hand washing, preventing spread of germs through coughing and have advised staff not to shake hands.

At present, we remain operational and are here to support and serve you during this challenging time. We are in regular communication with our partners and suppliers to assess any potential upstream impacts and minimize disruptions to the best of our ability.

Your representatives will be reaching out to you in the event of supply chain disruption or failure.
 
As the situation evolves, we are closely monitoring updates from governments and health authorities and we are prepared to adapt policies and procedures in accordance with government recommendations. We will continue to communicate significant updates with you as they arise.
