Indoor Air Quality Sensor Integration to Smart Controllers –
A Smart Ventilation Application
Tue, May 16, 2023 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM EDT
Indoor Air Quality means more than ventilating based on carbon dioxide and more than monitoring for other Indoor air potential contaminants. During the pandemic, ventilation and increasing indoor air quality recommendations were made by leading authorities. These recommendations included; increased filtering, addition of UV and Ionization air treatment equipment, and ventilating based on time of day and occupancy. The additional of multi-parameter air quality sensors into a smart equipment controls allows for the validation of the air quality improvement measures and the control of the ventilation equipment. One of the benefits is the optimization of energy use, why providing a safe, accurate and verifiable healthy space. This session will demonstrate the integration of multi-parameter air quality sensors directly to smart equipment controllers.
Who should attend?
- Control contractors and their technicians for new and retrofit applications
- Mechanical service technicians servicing existing control systems looking to provide options to their existing clients
- Building operators with existing control systems.
- Control System designers who want to review control options for existing and new projects and installations.
Using SkySpark features to integrate to Smart Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Sensors
Wed, May 17, 2023 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM EDT
In this session, our SkySpark application engineers will show how they integrated a number of indoor air quality sensors using various communication technologies including; BACnet, WiFI and MQTT. Once integrated, the information from these IAQ sensors can then be aggregated to be pushed out, for use, by other automation platforms or displayed in simple to setup Dashboards.
Who should attend?
- Current SkySpark users
- Current SkySpark Integrators
- Building owners wishing to expand the capabilities of an existing or new SkySpark platform.
Agnostic Wireless Sensor Technology – by VERASYS
Thu, May 18, 2023 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM EDT
This session will cover the recent addition of wireless sensor technology under the VERASYS brand and how it may be used with other – NON-VERASYS – controls systems. Demonstrations will include integration to other Smart controllers as well as the N4 Niagara appliance.
Benefits:
- Low cost reliable wireless transmission for application in a variety of spaces which may be too
- costly to wire traditional sensors.
- Applied to any thirdparty BACnet system or controller
Who should attend?
- Control contractors and their technicians for new and retrofit applications.
- Mechanical service technicians servicing existing control systems looking to provide options to their existing clients
- Building operators with existing control systems .
- Control System designers who want to review control options for existing and new projects and installations.
FIN STACK Platform and Johnson Controls Facility Explorer Field Controller Templates
Tue, May 23, 2023 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM EDT
Facility Explorer meets FIN STACK. This session will demonstrate, with the use of Yorkland developed field controller library and templates how the FIN STACK platform can create enhanced user Graphics and IOT Connectivity. These resources, reduces the time and effort to creating a controls supervisor database while enhancing the user experience in navigation and visualizations of the system.
Who should attend?
- Existing Facility Explorer Contractor and their clients wanting to use Johnson field Controllers but wanting an enhanced user experience.
- Mechanical service technicians servicing existing control systems looking to provide options to their existing clients
- Building operators with existing control systems .
- Control System designers who want to review control options for existing and new projects and installations.
Smart Parking Garage CO and NO2 System- WEB Enabled BACNet ready
Thu, May 25, 2023 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM EDT
The session will introduce the EASYIO Smart Controller for use in parking garage CO/N02 detection application.
Using the BELIMO-OPERA BACnet sensors, the Smart Controller will recognize the sensors, visualize the location of the sensors in a garage floor plan, provide faults and alarm notification to users via email and graphics for viewing in a web browser.
The session further demonstrate the integration and technology under “the hood” of this Panel.
Who should attend?
- Building operators and property managers looking to upgrade their existing CO/NO2 system .
- Control System designers who want to review control options for existing and new projects and installations.
- Mechanical service contractors servicing parking garage ventilation equipment.
Toggled Lighting Control Solution – Setup and Integration
Tue, May 30, 2023 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM EDT
The session will provide an overview of the toggled led lighting control system and a demonstration of how quickly the main lighting components can be set up in a single standalone signle-zone application with access via a mobile application.
The demonstration will continue with integration to a mini-building automation system
Who should attend?
- Mechanical and Electrical Contractors and their clients wanting to implement the a flexible and scalable lighting control solution.
- Control servicing existing control systems looking to provide lighting options to their existing clients
- Building operators with existing control systems and looking to add lighting
- Control System designers who want to review lighting control options for standalone or integration for existing and new projects and installations.
75F Solution Overview
Thu, Jun 1, 2023 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM EDT
75F is a vertically integrated and IoT based wireless solution for automation of HVAC and Indoor Air Quality Management systems in buildings. The full-stack solution includes custom hardware and software that works out of the box to improve comfort and indoor air quality while optimizing building energy use and providing remote manageability of the site. The system uses built-in AI to create a digital twin of any commercial building, merging data from a wireless sensor network and third-party weather forecasts to predictively and proactively redirect air where it is needed most. 75F is a member of Project Haystack Organization and the system’s current platform is built from the ground up using standard tagging definitions found in Project Haystack. The session will be presented by Yorkland Controls and 75F product specialists.
