The 150E is a new control for primary or secondary low water cut-off protection and pump control for commercial and industrial steam boilers.

Or, as a motorized valve controller, low water cut-off, high water cut-off and alarm actuator for boilers, vessels and tanks -it compensates for rapidly changing water levels, and has adjustable burner and pump settings and 1 HP relays.

Low Water Cutoffs

McDonnell Miller Low water cut offs, whether snap switch or probe-type models, provide a reliable method of controlling a boiler feed pump. Mounted at the boiler water line, it starts and stops the pump as the boiler water dictates. Consequently, it holds the boiler water level at the limits recommended by the boiler manufacturer to maintain maximum steaming efficiency.

McDonnell Miller Water Feeders open if the boiler's water line drops to the feeder / cut-off combination's feeder operating point. The feeder will open mechanically and add water to the boiler.
